Strathaven Women’s Rugby Club celebrates new training kits

Exciting news for the Strathaven Women’s Rugby Club as they proudly unveil their new training kits, all thanks to a generous £5,000 donation from Persimmon West Scotland, a prominent homebuilder actively involved in developing new communities in the surrounding areas.

Persimmon steps in as the primary sponsor, offering critical funding to support the club. This £5,000 contribution will cover the costs of the new training kits, ensuring the women’s team is well-equipped for the upcoming season and further fostering the growth of women’s rugby in the region.

Established earlier this year, Strathaven Women’s Rugby Club has already achieved success on the field and is committed to expanding the women’s game throughout South Lanarkshire. The new training kits, meticulously designed for both performance and team unity, will empower the players to train with confidence and a sense of pride.
