New Scottish Homebuilding Show Launches in 2025

The Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show, Scotland’s premier exhibition for self-builders, home renovators, and improvers, is set to make a grand return to SEC, Glasgow on 11-12 May 2025. Exciting news follows this announcement, as the organisers reveal a second Scottish show for 2025, scheduled to take place at the prestigious Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh on 4-5 October.

Supported by self-build experts Fleming Homes, both shows offer a unique platform for Scottish businesses to directly engage with active self-builders and home renovators across Scotland.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Nick Noble, commercial & events director at Future PLC, shared, “We are thrilled to introduce a second Scottish show in 2025. The thriving property market on the east coast of Scotland showcases remarkable self-build and renovated properties in Edinburgh and its surrounding regions.”

Continuing his statement, Noble added, “Our longstanding Glasgow event, along with the addition of the new Edinburgh show, presents a rare opportunity for Scottish businesses to interact with a plethora of proactive self-builders and home renovators who view their homes as their most valuable assets. With a mix of ongoing projects and substantial budgets, our visitors offer exhibitors the chance to explore new commercial avenues and achieve a significant return on investment. The demand for stand space has been robust, making this the ideal moment for companies to secure their spots at both the Glasgow and Edinburgh shows.”

The shows will encompass a wide array of interests, ranging from extensions, conversions, home DIY, planning permission, interiors, lighting, doors, windows, renewable technologies, heating systems, project insurance, energy efficiency, home insurance, building regulations, and much more.
