Fitzpatrick shares insights into a groundbreaking £17.5 million development in the Charleston area of Dundee, which will provide 66 highly adapted, technologically advanced homes.

These homes are equipped with Blackwood’s innovative CleverCogs technology, offering residents a seamless integrated living experience. Additionally, some of the properties are based on the Blackwood House design, showcasing a thoughtful approach to accessibility.
