Tesla has recently unveiled an exciting addition to its Model 3 line-up – the new Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive edition. This innovative vehicle boasts an incredible 436 miles of WLTP range, making it a standout in the electric vehicle market.

Additionally, it boasts the best price-to-range ratio among EVs in the UK.

Tesla credits the remarkable increase in range to its ongoing engineering efforts focused on enhancing energy efficiency and reducing costs.

Although specific details about the battery have not been disclosed, it is speculated that it may be similar to the one used in the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive Model Y that was recently introduced.

The Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive Model 3 positions itself above the Standard Range Rear-Wheel Drive variant, which offers up to 318 miles of range at a slightly lower price of £39,990. For those looking for even more range, the range-topping Long Range All-Wheel Drive model provides up to 390 miles of range and is priced at £49,990.

Building on the enhancements introduced with the facelifted Model 3, the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive version retains features such as 360-degree acoustic glass, improved suspension bushings, seals, and sound-dampening materials. Inside, it comes equipped with an 8.0-inch second-row screen and heated seats in both the front and back rows.

Enthusiasts can look forward to taking delivery of the Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive Model 3 starting in November, when customer deliveries officially commence.
