Lomond Group buys Aberdein Considine’s letting division

Lomond Group has recently made a significant move to strengthen its presence in the Scottish property market by acquiring Aberdein Considine’s residential lettings business. This strategic acquisition has added 1,700 properties from Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and the central belt to Lomond’s Scotland brand, DJ Alexander, taking their total managed properties to over 11,000.

David Alexander, the CEO of Lomond Scotland, expressed his excitement about the deal, stating, “Aberdein Considine is a highly reputable company with extensive experience in the Scottish property market. It was crucial for us that any company we acquire shares our values and commitment to excellence, as this directly impacts the quality of the lettings portfolio we manage.”

“In this regard, this acquisition is a perfect match for us. The properties we are acquiring not only enhance our presence in the Scottish market significantly but also complement our existing portfolio seamlessly. We are constantly seeking opportunities for further expansion, and this move aligns perfectly with our growth strategy.”

This acquisition marks a strategic step for Lomond Group as they continue to solidify their position as a key player in the Scottish property sector. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Lomond is well-positioned to leverage this acquisition to further enhance their services and offerings to clients in the region.
