The Annick Grange development in Irvine has been honoured with a Quality Recognition Award (QRA) by Premier Guarantee. This prestigious award showcases the exceptional standards set by the site team, led by senior site manager George Simpson and site manager Stuart MacKay.
Located in the heart of Ayrshire, Annick Grange is a vibrant community consisting of 290 homes. The award from Premier Guarantee is a testament to the meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality demonstrated by the Annick Grange team.
George Simpson, the senior site manager at Annick Grange, expressed his pride in receiving this award and reiterated the team’s dedication to delivering homes that buyers can be truly proud of. He emphasised the team’s commitment to maintaining these high standards while building new homes and supporting the Irvine community.
The Sycamore Park site team with their award
Persimmon West Scotland’s Sycamore Park development in Darnley, and the Castle Gardens site in Cambuslang, have also been recognised by Premier Guarantee for their excellence in homebuilding. Sycamore Park, with its 222 homes, has seamlessly integrated into the Darnley community under the guidance of site manager Stephen Perry and assistant site manager Darren McAleavy.
Stephen Perry expressed his team’s pride in receiving this honour and emphasised their dedication to completing every aspect of the development to the highest standards. He reiterated their commitment to maintaining this level of excellence as they finish the remaining homes at Sycamore Park.
The Castle Gardens team receive their award
Site manager Alan Logan, along with assistant site managers Raymond Clark and Peter Scobie, have been acknowledged for their outstanding work at Persimmon West Scotland’s Castle Gardens site. With 386 homes, Castle Gardens stands as one of the largest developments in the region and fulfils the significant housing needs of South Lanarkshire.
