ZEEKR UNVEILS ITS FIRST MIDSIZE ELECTRIC SUV TO TAKE ON TESLA!

Excitement is in the air as Zeekr, a global player in the electric vehicle market, announces the launch of its first midsize electric SUV, the Zeekr 7X!

The Zeekr 7X is all set to hit the streets of China by the end of September, with plans to expand its reach to global markets, including Europe, by 2025.

Designed with families in mind, the Zeekr 7X places a strong emphasis on space. Measuring 4,825mm in length, 1,930mm in width, and 1,656mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,925mm, this five-seater SUV offers a roomy interior with ample headroom and legroom, setting it apart from other midsize SUVs. Moreover, 32 ingeniously designed storage compartments provide convenient storage for a range of items, from sunglasses to lipsticks. With a spacious 616-litre boot, the Zeekr 7X can easily accommodate all your gear for a weekend camping trip.

For those who crave speed, the Zeekr 7X does not disappoint. Equipped with silicon carbide-powered e-motors, this SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in just 3.8 seconds, offering an exhilarating driving experience.

Utilising an enhanced 800V electrical system, the Zeekr 7X offers two battery options to suit different driving needs. The 75kWh lithium-ion phosphate (LFP) battery provides a range of 376 miles, while the longer-range 100kWh nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) battery extends the driving range to an impressive 485 miles. Notably, Zeekr’s LFP batteries boast fast-charging capabilities, allowing the vehicle to be charged from 10% to 80% in just over 10 minutes.

Incorporating advanced technology, the Zeekr 7X is equipped with a sensor suite comprising dual Nvidia Orin-X SoCs, lidar, high-definition cameras, and millimetre-wave radars, offering various smart assist driving functions to enhance safety and convenience.
