Easy Living Homes nominated for two Herald Property Awards.

Easy Living Homes has exciting news to share as they have been shortlisted in two categories for The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2024. The private housebuilding division of Glenrothes-based construction company Easy Living Developments has been recognised for its outstanding work in Best Regeneration Project (Residential) for the Forth Park Residences development in Kirkcaldy. This project involved breathing new life into the dilapidated B-listed Mansion House at Forth Park Maternity Hospital, transforming it into an apartment development alongside Mews Homes, contemporary villas, and bungalows.

In addition to this achievement, Easy Living Homes has also been shortlisted in the Development of the Year category for their Castle Gait development in East Wemyss. Castle Gait offers a diverse mix of 100 new build detached bungalows and villas, showcasing the company’s commitment to quality and innovation.
