Robertson finishes 433 homes in Glasgow’s Holland Park.

Moda, Holland Park, a vibrant new rental community in the heart of Glasgow, has successfully completed its construction and is now welcoming residents with open arms. The neighbourhood, comprising 433 homes, has already seen all available apartments snapped up by eager renters, showcasing the strong demand for high-quality rental accommodation in the city.
Designed with a focus on community and well-being, Moda, Holland Park offers a range of state-of-the-art facilities and amenities to its residents. Each of the 433 interior-designed studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments on Pitt Street is furnished to the highest standards, reflecting the rich heritage of Glasgow in arts, culture, and industry.
Residents of Moda, Holland Park have access to a variety of amenities, including a 24/7 gym and fitness centre, private dining rooms, cinema and gaming rooms, sky lounges with breathtaking panoramic views of Glasgow, landscaped spaces, and roof terraces. Rent includes high-speed wifi, a 24/7 concierge service, and 15,000 sq ft of commercial space for added convenience.
With a strong emphasis on health and well-being, Moda, Holland Park holds a three-star Fitwel rating, ensuring that wellness is at the core of its design and operations. Residents can use Utopi sensors in each apartment to monitor their carbon output through the MyModa app, promoting sustainable living within the neighbourhood.
During the construction phase, Moda’s partner Robertson Group significantly boosted employment in Glasgow, with 1,226 local individuals employed on the project. The construction also provided training opportunities for 24 apprentices and 120 young people under 24, while diverting 100% of site waste away from landfills. The project injected £38 million into the local economy, with £11 million spent on SMEs.

Andrew Parker, Managing Director of Development at Moda Group, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the positive impact the neighbourhood has had on Glasgow’s housing market and wider community.
John Dunkerley, CEO of Apache Capital, praised the build-to-rent approach taken by Moda, Holland Park and The McEwan, recognizing their contribution to Scotland’s rental housing market. The project was funded by a joint venture between Harrison Street, NFU Mutual, and Apache Capital, with Haus Collective and Ryder Architects serving as the architects.
As the long-term operator of the neighbourhood, Moda is dedicated to driving social value and positively impacting the wider community. A recent partnership with the Glasgow School of Art underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing the local area.
Moda, Holland Park represents Moda’s second build-to-rent community in Scotland, following the success of Moda, The McEwan in Edinburgh. With a focus on community, well-being, and sustainability, Moda continues to set the standard for modern living in urban environments.
