A groundbreaking trial conducted by Affinity Water has introduced Wizso tablets as a revolutionary solution to clean urine without the need to flush, resulting in saving up to a remarkable 51 litres of water per day.

The innovative Wizso tablets are designed to mask both the colour and odour of urine, effectively eliminating the necessity to flush after each use. This not only contributes to substantial water conservation but also proves to be a cost-effective measure in the long run.

The trial showcased impressive outcomes, where participants who were provided with Wizso tablets managed to save a significant volume of water compared to those who only committed to water-saving initiatives. Individuals without the tablets saved around 32.9 litres, while those who solely received water-saving information conserved 17 litres.

Implemented in Bidwell West, a flourishing housing development comprising 908 homes in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire, the trial demonstrated the tangible impact of such an eco-friendly innovation on daily water consumption.

Lina Nieto, the Water Neutrality Manager at Affinity Water, expressed her satisfaction with the trial results, stating, “The outcomes have exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled to provide Wizso tablets to participants dedicated to reducing their water usage.”
