Elderpark Celebrates Jim Fraser’s Retirement with Video

Elderpark Housing Association recently bid farewell to Jim Fraser, a dedicated colleague who retired after an impressive 43 years of service. His outstanding tenure possibly makes him the longest-serving estates staff member in any housing provider in Scotland.

To honour Jim’s remarkable career, Elderpark enlisted Kathleen Little from thirteensquared to produce a short film featuring Jim reflecting on his work and the local community.

Chief executive Gary Dalkiel took to LinkedIn to express his gratitude towards Jim, acknowledging his significant contributions to both Elderpark Housing and the local community. Dalkiel highlighted Jim’s unwavering passion for the area and wished him success in his well-deserved retirement.
