Edinburgh-based legal powerhouse, Ralph Sayer, is gearing up for rapid expansion in response to escalating demand for its top-notch services. Since its inception in October 2022, this family-run firm has witnessed a remarkable 50% surge in growth, bringing its dedicated team of professionals to a current total of 25.

Foreseeing this upward trajectory continuing, CEO Ivan Ralph remarked, “We’re seeing a continuous surge in demand with no signs of slowing down. This month alone, we have a whopping 180 transactions lined up for settlement.

“Our diligent fee earners are putting in commendable extra hours to meet the increasing volume of work. However, it’s not our ethos to overburden our staff with unreasonable working hours. We value their well-being and desire them to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

A testament to its commitment to excellence, the firm recently welcomed Tzana Webster on board as the head of estate agency. Webster now leads an adept team of valuers, including seasoned professionals Robin Davie and Stuart Quate.
