Loreburn HA awards 5-year contract to Retrofit group.

Loreburn Housing Association has recently awarded a prestigious five-year framework agreement to Procast Group, marking a significant milestone for both parties. Secured through the Procurement for Housing Scotland (EESSH) 2 Framework, this collaboration will focus on delivering essential retrofit projects and enhancing energy efficiency within the housing association’s stock in Dumfries and Galloway.
Under this agreement, Procast Group will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks including retrofit assessments, energy performance certificates (EPCs), design responsibilities, planning future works, tenant liaison services, and sourcing funding for projects where feasible. This partnership is designed to drive improvements in quality and efficiency, benefiting tenants and contributing towards the overall goal of enhancing energy efficiency in line with the Scottish Government’s Net Zero objectives.
The initial agreement between Loreburn and Procast Group spans two years, with the potential for extension up to a maximum of five years. This long-term commitment underscores the dedication of both parties towards sustainable practices and promoting energy efficiency within the community.
Procast Group’s recent recognition at the Scotland Energy Efficiency Awards further highlights their expertise and commitment to excellence. Winning the prestigious Insulation & Fabric Contractor of the Year award for the sixth consecutive year, alongside other accolades, demonstrates their leadership in the field of energy-efficient solutions.
