Breaking News: Park Property Management expands its portfolio with the acquisition of Lorimer Property Group’s residential factoring division in East Kilbride.
As part of its strategic growth plan, Park Property Management has successfully acquired Lorimer’s residential factoring division, solidifying its position as one of Scotland’s largest private factoring companies with assets exceeding £1 billion under management.
Lorimer Property Group, founded by Raymond Lorimer, is known for its involvement in residential and commercial property development. With this acquisition, Lorimer Property Group will now focus on expanding its portfolio of retirement communities.
The residential factoring division that has been acquired primarily managed property developments located in Ayrshire & Lanarkshire. The existing staff members have been seamlessly transitioned to Park PM, ensuring continuity of operations. Additionally, new job opportunities have been created at Park PM’s head office in Glasgow, further contributing to the company’s expansion.

The acquisition process was facilitated by investment and advisory firm N4 Partners, with funding provided by RBS Commercial, showcasing a collaborative effort to drive success and growth for Park Property Management.
