Newton Property Management Welcomes Two New Directors

Newton Property Management has recently made significant strategic appointments, with Vincent Goldie stepping into the role of chief executive officer and Rachel Littlejohn joining as the business development director. This move highlights the company’s dedication to enhancing customer service standards and bringing about positive changes in the property management sector.
Vincent Goldie, who previously served as the chief financial officer, brings a wealth of experience to his new position. With a background in esteemed organisations such as Creditfix, Together Energy, and Sure Thing! Insurance, his leadership qualities and ability to drive transformation have earned him recognition, culminating in his appointment as CEO and board director in March 2024.
Speaking on his new role, Goldie expressed his commitment to revolutionising customer service within the property management industry. He stated, “The property management sector is in need of a customer service revolution, and I am honoured to lead Newton into this next phase. By reimagining our approach to customer service and implementing strategic changes across systems, processes, and technology, we are well positioned to set a new standard for excellence in our industry.”
Furthermore, Newton Property Management has undergone significant restructuring to set a strong foundation for expansion across Scotland. This restructuring includes the appointment of Rachel Littlejohn to the board as a shareholder and director, alongside Stephen O’Neill, chairman, Kirsten O’Neill, director, and Derek Macdonald, director.
Rachel Littlejohn brings a unique blend of commercial creativity and rigour to her role as the business development director. With her extensive international experience, Rachel is dedicated to setting the customer service standard right from the initial enquiry stage.
