Lovell Homes, a reputable housing developer, has recently appointed Margaret Davidson as its new sales director for Scotland. This strategic move is in line with the company’s ambitious plans to expand its private development sector significantly.

The primary goal is to ramp up the annual number of homes built to an average of 140, a substantial increase from the current 78 homes anticipated to be completed by 2024. With over 700 new homes projected to be constructed across Scotland by 2029, Lovell Homes is gearing up for substantial growth under Margaret Davidson’s leadership.

With an impressive career spanning more than 29 years in the new home market, Margaret brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has successfully led sales teams at reputable companies such as Living by Robertson, Avant Homes (formerly Bett Homes), Charles Church Homes, and Balfour Beatty Homes. Margaret officially joined the Lovell Homes team in March 2024 and is set to enhance the existing sales team while focusing on securing new developments and creating a customer-centric purchasing journey.

Currently, Lovell Homes has three active projects in Scotland: Glow Garren in Hamilton, The Crossings in South Queensferry, and Oakwood Edge in Mayfield. In the coming year, the company plans to launch several new developments, adding around 400 additional homes to its portfolio.
