Ford Pro has proudly unveiled its latest innovation in the electric vehicle segment – the E-Tourneo Custom MPV. Designed with both personal-use and business customers in mind, this all-electric vehicle sets a new standard in the electric passenger-carrying segment.
The E-Tourneo Custom joins its diesel-powered and plug-in hybrid counterparts in the Tourneo Custom lineup, offering up to eight seats while delivering a remarkable driving range of up to 202 miles (325km). Powered by a 218hp (160kW) electric motor and a 74kWh (64kWh useable) battery, this vehicle boasts one-pedal drive capability for a seamless and efficient driving experience.
Charging the E-Tourneo Custom is a breeze, with an onboard 11kW AC three-phase charger capable of fully recharging the battery in under eight hours. For quick top-ups on the go, a 10-80% recharge can be achieved in just 39 minutes using a 125kW DC fast charger.
Not only does the E-Tourneo Custom excel in performance, but it also offers cutting-edge features such as Pro Power Onboard technology, allowing customers to draw up to 2.3kW power through sockets in the cabin. This feature proves to be ideal for powering various devices, tools, or equipment when off-grid.
With a maximum towing capacity of 2,000kg and a new integrated side step, the E-Tourneo Custom offers a versatile and practical solution for both personal and commercial use. The new independent rear suspension system ensures enhanced ride comfort, handling, and refinement unmatched in its class.
Equipped with a range of innovative features, the E-Tourneo Custom promises a luxurious driving experience. The trim line-up includes Active, Sport, and range-topping Titanium X models, all available with any powertrain. The Titanium X model boasts 19-inch alloy wheels and full matrix LED lighting for added style and visibility.
The interior of the E-Tourneo Custom is designed for comfort and convenience, with a 13-inch touchscreen featuring Ford’s Sync 4 infotainment system and Connected Navigation.
