68 New Homes to Replace Former Dumbarton School
Persimmon West Scotland is set to embark on a transformative journey as they unveil plans to breathe new life into a brownfield site previously occupied by a high school in Dumbarton. The recent acquisition of the land from West Dunbartonshire Council has paved the way for the homebuilder to forge ahead with their visionary project of constructing 68 innovative and energy-efficient homes.
Nestled amidst the serene beauty of Cunninghame Graham Memorial Park, the development promises to redefine residential living with its diverse range of housing options. A total of 68 homes will grace the landscape, comprising of 27 exquisitely crafted three- and four-bedroom detached properties, 18 charming three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 15 cosy two-bedroom mid-terrace abodes, and eight inviting three-bedroom end terrace residences.
