Scottish Show to Spotlight Energy Efficiency

Energy efficiency is set to steal the limelight at the upcoming Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show, scheduled to take place at the SEC in Glasgow on 11-12 May 2024. The event, sponsored by Fleming Homes, promises to cater to the growing interest among visitors in saving money on energy bills and ensuring the sustainability of their homes.

The show will feature free Masterclass and Seminar Theatres where industry experts will provide valuable guidance on maximising home energy efficiency and creating a more sustainable living space. Attendees can look forward to insightful sessions on the advantages of heat pumps, the benefits of triple glazing, and tips on achieving a cosy home while reducing fuel costs.

For those seeking personalised advice, the Ask The Experts area will offer free one-on-one sessions with specialists from Homebuilding & Renovating Magazine, including Michael Holmes, David Hilton, and Scottish architect Allan Corfield, as well as financial expert Tom McSherry from Buildstore and planning expert Simon Rix.

In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to explore over 140 exhibitors showcasing a wide array of products and services, all conveniently located under one roof.

To top it off, those keen on cutting down their fuel bills can take advantage of a special offer for two free tickets (usually priced at £24) by registering at glasgow.homebuildingshow.co.uk/energy. Hurry, as the offer ends at 3pm on 10th May. Moreover, children aged 16 and below can attend the event for free.
